Our shot blasting and painting shop in Savli currently serves ABB, Schneider, and Hitachi for their transformer tank and accessory needs.

We manufacture and supply high-quality anchor and foundation bolts for various construction industries, especially reinforced concrete (RCC) foundations in oil refineries, power plants, cement industries, chemical industries, and more. Our offerings include plat type, j type, l type, and those with and without pipe sleeves.

Anchor flanges, installed on pipelines and reinforced concrete blocks, restrain thermal expansion and contraction, transferring accumulated stresses. They’re commonly used in suction and discharge laterals of pumping stations and cross-country pipelines. We offer plate-fabricated anchor flanges as an alternative to forged flanges. Plate-fabricated flanges made from IS 2062 Grade/A36 material are preferred for their shorter lead time and cost-effectiveness. Our anchor flanges consist of a main flange, cheek plate, and sleeve plate welded onto the pipe surface. We’ve supplied these flanges for over a decade to oil pipelines and water lines in the oil and power sectors.

Keyplates, bull pins, and blank nuts are essential components for structural steel tanks, ensuring precise alignment and secure connections during assembly and maintenance. Keyplates maintain structural alignment, bull pins assist in aligning holes for bolting, and blank nuts seal unused openings. These are widely used in storage and processing industries.
